PAYMENT

We accept payment by:

cheques (from Banks in the Republic of Ireland only due to bank costs),
by bank draft (in Euro only) or
by electronic bank transfer (contact us for details), or
through Paypal - make payable using celtickidz@iol.ie .

SHIPPING COSTS IN IRELAND

Orders below €25.00 incur a €3.00 shipping fee.

Orders between €25-100 incur a €6.00 shipping fee.

Orders over €150 have free shipping.

Contact us if you require insurance.

RETURN POLICIES

When you place an order you are agreeing to the following refund/replace policies:

Unused, unwashed products can be returned or exchanged for refund up to 14 days after purchase.
Customers are responsible for all (sending and returning) shipping costs of a returned product.
All orders are posted using An Post. We are not responsible for postal delays.
Postage is not insured.
Celtic Kidz are not liable for orders lost in the post. If you wish to have your order insured this will cost extra. Contact us for details.
Please include your name, address and order number with the return and have proof of postage. We cannot refund any postage and packing costs.
All faulty products will be replaced at no extra charge.

How to Place an Order

1. Choose item. NB If a nappy is required make sure to indicate (a.) nappy type (i.e.fitted /AIO/One-Size ); (b.) type of closure (snaps or aplix).

2. Choose correct size (or send weight/waist/rise measurements to me).

3. Choose inner/outer fabric or tell me whether male/female/unisex fabric is required.

4. Send details via email or post to the above address.
